This analysis tool breaks down the cycle into individual segments. Once the cycle is optimized, a template is created. Each subsequent cycle can then be compared to the optimal cycle template. If the job is running slower, you can see at-a-glance where time is being lost.
This template is saved with the mold recipe, so the next time the job is run, plant personnel can easily verify that the job is running at peak efficiency.
